Shot from the perspective of the World Trade Center in Brussels, the video WTC is looking at the tensions in the Noordwijk neighbourhood running high, in great contrast to the optimistic posters for the ‘Manhattan Plan’ still hanging in the corridors of the complex. The film, as a distillation of six eventful months, is reflecting upon a no man's land between ideas of the past, the present state and plans for the future.
